User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Jnanasudha Online Test Series platform ("Service") operated by JNANASUDHA ENTRANCE ACADEMY LLP ("JEA", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Introduction

JNANASUDHA ENTRANCE ACADEMY LLP (JEA) is an independent competitive examination training institute. JEA provides innovative online test preparation ("Online Test Series") for entrance examinations such as NEET, JEE, K-CET, NTSE and other competitive examinations.

The platform makes available various tests, study materials, and performance analytics to subscribed users.

User Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content they submit to the platform, including profile information, responses, and communications.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading personal information
• Share test content, questions, or answers with any third party
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Enrollment

To access the Online Test Series, you must create an account and subscribe to a test package by completing the payment process. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the tests included in your package.

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Confidentiality

All test content, questions, answers, explanations, and related materials are the intellectual property of JEA and are strictly confidential. Reproducing, sharing, photographing, or distributing test content in any form is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Data & Privacy

JEA collects and stores personal data necessary for providing the Service, including but not limited to:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Test performance data and analytics
• Payment transaction records

We are committed to protecting your data and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Breaches & Termination

JEA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms. In the event of a breach:

• Your access to the Service may be immediately revoked
• No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period
• JEA may pursue legal remedies for any damages caused
